With over 28 years of experience in the practice of architecture, Eric Simonsen has assisted Owners with a wide range of project types, sizes and levels of complexity.  We seek to provide creative and inspiring design solutions that begin with Owner requirements and dreams for the spaces they will occupy.  Working with us you will have a single point of contact with Eric as the architect and project manager working for you through the entire process of your project. A key effort we employ with owners is to consider cost effective strategies using our years of experience to yield best practice solutions.  This has been a focus for Simonsen since entering the profession. With experience on simple building types to LEED Platinum certified buildings, all building designs can yield efficiencies and healthy comfortable environments that reward building owners and occupants.
