The Wine Bar project is a reuse of an existing site that implements the original foundation of what was a dental office. The new use is a wine bar with small kitchen offering a tapas style menu. The basement provides prep and storage area; main floor is bar, seating and kitchen; and the second floor will be office space and a shared conference room and space for private dinners and wine tastings. The design sought to respect the adjacent historic main street in scale and form, while providing an exciting reuse that maximized the existing site.
