Billings Builders Exchange sought to re-envision the interior use and look of their organizations plan room. With the migration to electronic plans and specs from paper files, the space was updated to provide meeting space, better engagement with customers, a smaller plans room and work area and print space. The style of the interior and furniture were modernized from the more traditional original design when the building was designed and constructed over 25 years ago. Eric Simonsen was the architect of the original design and most excited to be hired to work with the Exchange to remake the building for the next era. Simonsen Architect is currently working on an exterior remodel of the building.
