The historic Sturm and Drake building had seen three or more alterations and a fire in its long history in downtown Billings. The renovation removed a poorly executed 1980’s facade change and restored the look and feel of the building’s original historic storefront that makes it once again a beautiful and viable commercial storefront. The second-floor windows, cornice and masonry elements are being restored in ongoing phases while the building maintains occupancy and finds new life as a very desirable downtown Billings.
