A new location for Toucan in the EBURD: East Billings Revitalization District. The Owners envisioned their refreshed business in the up and coming neighborhood with good visibility and parking for customers. The renovation of this existing building minimized demolition waste and addition of new materials. The site is enhanced with landscaping and provides parking and outdoor plaza space for festivals or music events.
